Dean and Susie Pollard started Centsible Heating & Air Conditioning in 2005 and have built the business on experience and referrals. Their son, Brandon, has been an installer since 2006 and became the Lead Installer in 2011. He also performs Service and Maintenance calls. Centsible considers all of their employees and customers part of their family as well, which is a large part of their continued success.

2023 marks Centsible’s 18th anniversary in business, but it has grown out of decades of experience from its staff. Dean spent his first 20 years in the business as an installer and service tech and developed a reputation for providing exceptional service. This year marks his 38th Anniversary in the HVAC industry. Susie has been in accounting and management in the construction industry for more than 30 years and has been running the business end of Centsible since its inception.

Dean and Susie devote their time and energy to growing a reputable and dedicated company that customers can count on. They can provide an experienced team of installers, ducts specialists and a responsive, well-trained service team, all for a “Centsible” price.

Dean has been installing Carrier products since the start of his career and believes Carrier produces the most efficient and dependable equipment in the industry.  Centsible does however service all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment.

Philanthropy/Community

Centsible is a small company with a big heart. They believe in giving back to the community that has supported them. Susie is a member of the Highland/Griffith Chamber of Commerce and is an active supporter and fundraiser for the Griffith Animal Shelter.

Centsible is a proud partner of the Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Indiana, and an active supporter of the Griffith Police Department, the Lions Club and the Northwest Regional Swat Team, as well as many local churches and charitable organizations.
